This is an excerpt from one of the first comics that I have ever had published., appearing in the horror comic anthology , Daughters of Fly in My Eye,edited by acclaimed horror writer , Steve Niles. "Spring Cleaning" tells a story of the painful struggle a lonely mother must endure when she chooses to clean her house ruined by the rampages of a demonically-possessed infant. I drew this in my college days at New Mexico State University in 1989. The story was written by a good friend , writer Paul Hedrick. The "Happy Duck" logo on the door to the child's nursery, was actually my favorite part of drawing this page...
